Green Finance Framework

For the Group’s financing, Romande Energie Holding SA in 2022 established a framework for funding 100% renewable projects that is compliant with the Green Bond Principles, issued by the International Capital Market Association (CMA), and the Green Loan Principles, issued by the Loan Market Association (LMA).

The Green Finance Framework, as published, also references the standards of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) and the Loan Syndications & Trading Association (LSTA).

Second-Party Opinion (SPO)

Romande Energie Holding SA commissioned ISS ESG for support in issuing its Green Bond, specifically for obtaining a Second-Party Opinion.

Both documents (the Green Finance Framework and the Second-Party Opinion) are available in the Investor Relations section on the Romande Energie Group website.
