Romande Energie Group is the leading supplier of electricity in Western Switzerland and a mainstay in the Swiss energy industry. It offers several sustainable solutions for the distribution and generation of electricity in addition to energy services, which include energy efficiency and electromobility.
All its generation assets are driven by renewable sources of energy. Additionally, it is working hand in hand with customers, investors and employees to provide ever-better standards of living through innovative services and a commitment to corporate social responsibility. In addition to security of supply, the Group is dedicated to offering innovative services that meet customers' expectations as its supports them in switching to more sustainable sources of energy.

Romande Energie’s corporate social responsibility policy systematically guides its approach to business.
We refer to our company as "Romande Energie Group" or simply "the Group" to signify all companies over which Romande Energie Holding SA has majority control, either directly or indirectly. All the activities conducted by our subsidiaries and affiliated companies are described in the Investor Relations section of our website.
The only Group company listed on the stock market is Romande Energie Holding SA, which has its headquarters in Morges, Vaud Canton.
From the outset, the Group's core business has been the generation, marketing and distribution of electrical energy. It employs 1253 people, including 50 trainees.
The share capital of Romande Energie Holding SA consists of 28'500'000 registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 1.-, representing a total amount of CHF 28,500,000. Shares are listed on the Swiss stock exchange (SIX Swiss Exchange / ISIN CH1263676327).
The main shareholder of Romande Energie Holding SA is the Vaud cantonal government, with a 38.6% stake.
