Spontis SA, founded in 2007, is the exclusive service provider for a partner network consisting of Groupe E SA, Romande Energie SA and Services Industriels de la Ville de Lausanne (SIL). It sources equipment for the construction and maintenance of power distribution grids (as well as offering computer-based purchasing solutions)

The company also offers its services to Swiss energy suppliers outside its partner network.

Spontis SA has three core activities:

• Equipment standardisation
• Centralised power-equipment sourcing
• Computer-based purchasing solutions
